At Ruiaan, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly as possible while ensuring it reaches you in perfect condition.
- Free Shipping: We offer complimentary shipping on all prepaid orders valued at ₹2500 and above across India.
- Shipping Charges: A shipping fee of ₹250 will be applicable on all orders below ₹2499.
Order Cancellation & Shipping Charges
- If your order is cancelled, undelivered, or lost in transit, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping charges paid.
- If you cancel only a part of your order, the original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
- If you return a delivered order, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Q. When will I get my order?
We try to get your Ruiaan purchase to you ASAP. We try and ship your garments on the same/following day and work tirelessly for them to reach you at the earliest.
After shipping, orders typically take 5-7 working days to reach you.
How much is shipping?
The shipping options vary contingent on the delivery address, time of purchase and products available.
Shipping at Ruiaan is free for all orders above INR 2500 and a fee of INR 150/- is charged on all other orders.

What is the Ruiaan return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Ruiaan. However, if you're not happy with your clothes, please write to us at sales@ruiaan.com and we will straighten things out.
What is the refund/exchange method?
We happily accept the return of unused, undamaged products for a full refund in the form of original payment.
