Returns & Exchanges

At Ruiaan , returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery. You can request an exchange by clicking on the '' icon, add your phone number/email id and after verification, you can choose what you'd like to return. 

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and free from any smells of perfume or detergents with original tags attached, and must pass our in house quality check.

All returns take 10-14 days to reach us and are checked thereafter. 

Refunds reflect in your account within 10 working days (minus shipping).

Sale items are not eligible for returns. However, they can be exchanged for a different size or style of equal or higher value. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for all exchanges. You may use our courier service (shipping charges apply) or choose to self-ship the item to our warehouse.

All Cash On Delivery refunds go to bank accounts, please share the beneficiary name, account number, and IFSC code for these to be processed. 

For any purchases made in person - at a popup/exhibition, Ruiaan is happy to offer an exchange of size or product, these are not eligible for returns.
